New Feature – New Graphics for “Project Budget/Billable” under Analytics on the Project

A new graphical interpretation has been created on the “Project Budget/Billable” page under the Analytics section of the Project card’s ribbon, displaying data both by columns and rows.

New Feature – Create and Enhance Different Charts under Analytics on the Project

1. On the “Project Analytic Chart”, the color scheme has been updated to match the BC standard, and default values have been set for the fields.

1. On the “Project Task Analytic Chart”, the BC standard color scheme has been applied.

1. On the “Cost Category by Code”, two pie charts have been created for the “Budget Cost” and “Actual Cost” columns.
   1. Budget Cost: Displays a pie chart representing all cost categories from the project planning lines.
   2. Actual Cost: Displays a pie chart representing all cost categories from the project ledger entries.

Enhancement – ProjectPro Page Extensions – Caption Change from Job to Project (BC and PP V24)

The new Microsoft version 24 consists of a major caption change at all levels on the front-end for the term “Job” in the Project Management module, where the new term to be used is “Project”.

In alignment with Microsoft, the ProjectPro application also has the new caption updated on all page extensions, including the main list/card page name, field captions, and tooltips.

Enhancement – ProjectPro Tables – Caption Change from Job to Project (BC and PP V24).

The new Microsoft version 24 consists of a major caption change at all levels on the front-end for the term “Job” in the Project Management module, where the new term to be used is “Project”.

New Feature – Lookups on the “Project Budget/Billable” under Analytics on the Project

1. A lookup has been added for the “Locked (Cost)” column and “Sub-Level” row, with an additional filter “Locked Lines Exist = Yes”.

1. A lookup has been added for the “Billable (Price Incl. Tax)” column and “Sub-Level” row, extending to the sublevel of the sublevel.

Enhancement – Enhance Export/Import Project Planning Lines Feature

When exporting or importing the Project Planning Lines using the “Export/Import” functionality, additional fields have been included in both “Excel” and “CSV” formats. These fields will be updated with the values provided in the Excel file during the import process.

Enhancement – Progress Billing – Run AIA Reports for Requisition Status "Invoiced"

Reports can be generated for the requisitions with Status as “Invoiced” even if the “Period to Date” is earlier than the “Contract Forecast Date”.

Enhancement – ProjectPro App Solution Setup and Mapping with BC26 Preview Version

The ProjectPro application is now compatible with Microsoft’s latest version 26 on the AppSource.

Enhancement – “Correct” Function on Posted Purchase Invoice

The “Tax Area Code” now flows as per the standard Business Central to the Purchase Credit Memo using the “Correct” function from the Posted Purchase Invoice, i.e., the priority will be given to the Tax Area Code assigned on the Vendor Card over one that is assigned on the Company Information page.

Hot Fix – “Billable (Price Incl. Tax)” field on Project Budget/Billable

The “Billable (Price Incl. Tax)” column on the Project Budget/Billable page under the Analytics section of the Project card’s ribbon has been updated for the following:

1. The “Adjustments” row will reflect updates when adjustments are made in the project planning lines.

1. The “Change Request” row will be updated when change requests are created.
